Die PC-FR 1038 Doppel-Fritteuse von ProfiCook fasst 5 Liter Öl und erhitzt dieses dank Kaltzonentechnik besonders schnell und geruchsarm. Für verschiedenes Frittiergut stehen entweder 2 kleine Körbe, oder ein großer Korb zur Verfügung. Das Thermostat lässt sich im Bereich von 130 °C bis 190 °C Stufen los regeln und ist dazu mit einem 30 Minuten Timer ausgestattet. Fettbehälter und Heizspirale sind zur einfachen Reinigung herausnehmbar.
