Shipping & payment conditions

Availabilities

PCHC.ch does not maintain its own warehouse for the over 100'000 items and orders twice a week from various suppliers -> Monday and Wednesday mornings at 7 a.m.

  • "Shipping in 1 day": Item is in stock at the supplier.
The articles of the order are ordered from the supplier on the same day and are sent directly to your address by the supplier.

 

  • "Shipping in ca. 3-4 days": Item is in stock at the supplier.
The items in the order will be ordered on the next supplier order day (Monday morning 7 a.m. / Wednesday morning 7 a.m.) and handed over to the post office for shipment to the delivery address approx. 3-4 working days later. Prerequisite: The shipment from the supplier to our address is delivered to us on time.
 
  • "Shipping in ca. 1 week": Item is in stock at the supplier.
The items in the order will be ordered on the next supplier order day (Monday/Wednesday) and handed over to the post office for shipping to the delivery address approx. 5-7 working days later. The prerequisite is that the manufacturers deliver to the supplier as announced. However, pchc.ch has no influence on this fact. Should delays occur (e.g. manufacturer does not supply suppliers as expected), we will of course be informed
 
  • "Shipping up to 2 weeks": pre-ordered by the supplier from the manufacturer / delivery from the manufacturer is expected

The prerequisite is that the manufacturers deliver to the supplier as announced. However, pchc.ch has no influence on this fact. Should delays occur (e.g. manufacturer does not supply suppliers as expected), we will of course be informed
 
  • "Shipping up to 4 weeks": pre-ordered by the supplier from the manufacturer / delivery from the manufacturer is expected
The items in the order are also ordered on the next supplier order day (Monday/Wednesday) and should be handed over to the post office for shipping to the delivery address approx. 3-4 weeks afterwards. The prerequisite is that the manufacturers deliver to the supplier as announced. However, pchc.ch has no influence on this fact. Should delays occur (e.g. manufacturer does not supply suppliers as expected), we will of course be informed
 
  • "Currently not available": Supplier has reordered the article / has not yet known the next date.
​The articles of the order will be pre-ordered on the next supplier order day (Monday / Wednesday) and handed over to the post office for dispatch to the delivery address as soon as they are available. The expected availability will be informed regularly.
 
 
 
Delivery costs

We ship with Swiss Post. Here are the shipping prices depending the weight:
  • Within Switzerland until 30kg: 0 CHF
Payment Fees
  • prepayment: no additional costs
  • invoice for company: no additional costs
  • invoice for private customers: + 0.5% CHF
  • Paypal: + 1.5%
  • Twint: no additional costs
  • Yellowpay / Postcard: no additional costs
  • Master-/Visacard: no additional costs
