Das Lapping-Tool für Intels 13. Gen-Prozessoren ermöglicht das sichere Abschleifen des Heatspreaders. Die CPU wird ganz einfach unter Verwendung der beiliegenden Schrauben auf dem Lapping-Tool montiert. Die Toleranzen des Lapping-Tools erlauben ein Abschleifen des Heatspreaders um 0,2 Millimeter. Das 13th Gen Lapping-Tool ist mit Intel-Core-CPUs der 12. und 14. Generation kompatibel. Schleifpapier in den Körnungen 400, 1.200 und 2.500 liegt bei.
