Mit diesem Slotblech von Delock kann ein PC um einen externen Power Over eSATA Port erweitert werden. Somit können verschiedene Geräte mit eSATApd, eSATAp, eSATA oder Standard USB Schnittstelle angeschlossen werden. Der eSATApd Port verfügt über eine Spannungsversorgung von 5 V bzw. 12 V, so dass mit Hilfe spezieller Delock Produkte wie z. B. eSATApd Kabel auch 2.5? und 3.5? Festplatten mit dieser Schnittstelle verbunden werden können. Die beiliegenden Kabel dienen dem internen Anschluss.
